GiGa for friends

Time flies. The pilot is you.

For 25 years I have been helping people and teams take back the controls: in the classroom, on stage and around a table.

The route

Naples, Milan, Dubai

I grew up in Naples, where a song can change the mood of a whole street. In Milan I built Teamworking: in 2001 the first classroom courses on communication and leadership, then experiential training, then play, always with people’s growth at the centre.

Today I live in Dubai, between Italy and the Gulf. Along the way I wrote a book to share with anyone the method I keep testing on myself: noticing where we fly as pilots and where we travel as passengers.
